Our international deliveries to non-EU countries are tax-free export deliveries in accordance with Section 4 No. 1a of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). Please note that for most non-EU destinations, deliveries may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These additional costs for legal import must be borne by the customer; we have no control over these charges. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Special notice for customers in the United States: For all orders shipped to the USA, applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and collected directly at checkout. Your order will be shipped via 'Postal Delivered Duty Paid' (PDDP). This ensures a seamless delivery process with no additional fees or surprise charges upon arrival.
We dispatch our deliveries after the received payment with DHL within Germany. For all countries inside the EU we offer the DHL PREMIUM delivery service.
If you are living outside the listed countries and would like to make a purchase, please send a request to SERVICE@FRNKOW.COM, and we will try to arrange an individual delivery.”
Right of return:
You may return your items within 14 days of receipt.
All returned goods must be in their unworn, undamaged, and original condition, including all original tags and labels. Please note that the costs for the return shipment, as well as any associated import duties or taxes for shipping the goods back to Germany, shall be borne by the customer and will be deducted from your final refund.
To avoid unnecessary additional costs, we kindly ask you to consult your local shipping provider or customs office on how to correctly declare the return shipment before sending it back.
Please send an e-mail with your order number to SERVICE@FRNKOW.COM and use the following address for the return sending. Make sure to keep the receipt and the tracking number. Already paid delivery costs will only be refunded for complete returns.

Undeliverable or Uncollected Shipments:
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate and that you collect your parcel within the carrier’s holding period. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we reserve the right to withhold either the original shipping cost or the return shipping fee from the refund amount.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
