We only ship to countries in the European Union as well as United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Due to high demand, we have decided to temporarily open our shop for customers outside the European Union.

Our deliveries to third countries are tax-free export deliveries according to the Value Added Tax Act § 4 no. 1a UStG. However for orders from non-European Union countries, your delivery may be subject to local customs and taxes. The additional costs for the legal import, have to be paid by the customer without any authorities from us. In case of further information and possible inquiries, please contact your country-specific customs office.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment the goods are delivered. The costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to Germany shall be borne by you.
We dispatch our deliveries after the received payment with DHL within Germany. For all countries inside the EU we offer the DHL PREMIUM delivery service.
If you are living outside the listed countries and would like to make a purchase, please send a request to SERVICE@FRNKOW.COM, and we will try to arrange an individual delivery.”
Right of return:
You can return the goods to us within 14 days after receipt.
The goods must be in unworn and undamaged original condition including tags and labels. The costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to Germany shall be borne by you.
Please send an e-mail with your order number to SERVICE@FRNKOW.COM and use the following address for the return sending. Make sure to keep the receipt and the tracking number. Already paid delivery costs will only be refunded for complete returns.

For orders that are returned to us from outside the EU kindly note:
Any duties / costs related to the return have to be born by you and will be deducted from the refund.
Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.
Undeliverable or Uncollected Shipments:
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate and that you collect your parcel within the carrier’s holding period. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we reserve the right to withhold either the original shipping cost or the return shipping fee from the refund amount.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
